He was sent on a job to infiltrate a powerful shifter pride of lions. He became their prized hunter and fighter and acquired a mate, even left the thieves guild for her. When his kinetic powers happened, they drained his eyes of the natural colors, leaving him with black eyes at first. The leader of the pride kicked him out and killed his mate, causing Remy to kill the leader. It was said that at that moment, the red in his eyes was born. He was taken in his sleep by Destino to the city and finds comfort in his mother and brother.
