❖Personality: Phoebus is very honest, confident, and factual. Due to his training as a soldier, he was conditioned to be desensitized to violence. He is serious most of the time, speaking formally to others, but he has shown a humorous/witty side in some situations. He is more patient with people now than he used to be, but he can still become easily frustrated or condescending if things don't go as planned. While he prefers to keep to himself and his orders, he is willing to befriend people as long as they don't annoy him.
❖History: Phoebus was a corrupt captain of corrupt soldiers working for a corrupt minister official. Phoebus and his troop would terrorize citizens in order to keep them under control. However, looking into the eyes of a frightened family one night, Phoebus couldn't bring himself to kill as he had in the past. The corrupt minister, paranoid that Phoebus was rebelling, had him shot. Some outcasts cared for Phoebus and took him in. From their kindness, he began to feel regret for his past actions. Determined to change his old ways, and redeem himself as a better man, he sought out the Capital.
